Important Information…

  • We are a phone/device/camera free ceremony. Please turn off you phone and leave it in your pocket! And don’t worry about a camera because we have an AMAZING photographer that has that covered.

  • Cameras are also not permitted at the reception. You are allowed to take photos with your phone at the reception and share them with us but if you see the photographer around please put your phone away, she will ask you to do so if you don’t do it yourself.

  • Dress code is best dress so please dress to impress.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITED, YOU WILL BE FINED BY THE VENUE IF THEY SEE YOU HAVING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITED ON THE LAWN AT THE CEREMONY. LEAVE THAT FOR COCKTAIL HOUR WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE DRINKS. YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL SO LEAVE IT AT HOME!

  • All guests must leave promptly at the end of the reception at 11:30 P.M.

What to Expect on Our Big Day!

Both our ceremony and reception are located outside in the evening so please dress accordingly. Weather can be unpredictable but the temperature should range from mid 60s to high 40s.

Wedding Day Timeline 

  • 5:30pm- Guest Arrival (Please arrive promptly to allow all guests to be parked and seated by ceremony start time. Valet parking is free and provided by the venue.)

  • 6:00pm-Ceremony Starts

  • 6:30pm- Photos with immediate family and bridal party

    • All others head across the street for cocktail hour

  • 6:30pm- Cocktail hour

  • 7:30pm- Welcome speech and re-entry

  • 7:30pm- Dinner

  • 8:30pm- Passed toast

  • 9:00pm- Cake cutting 

  • 9:30pm- Dancing

  • 10:30pm- Bouquet and Garter toss

  • 11:00pm- Last dance just between Kyler and Aubrie

  • 11:15pm- Congratulatory toss and send off

  • 11:30pm- Event ends (everyone must leave by midnight)

Menu

  • During cocktail hour, we will have butler passed hors d’oeuvres

    • Wild mushroom and truffle arancini

      • Blend of wild mushrooms, accented with black truffle oil, paired with a creamy parmesan and herb risotto, rolled in panko bread crumbs

    • Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase during this time and continue through dinner. Our bartender is there for everyone all night

    • Provided drinks are unlimited sodas, iced teas, coffee and water

  • Dinner menu

    • Mixed field greens with choice of two dressings… balsamic vinaigrette and creamy gorgonzola

    • Seasonal fruits

    • Each guest will receive the following…

      • Grilled chicken breast with lemon herb butter

      • Top sirloin steak with garlic seared mushrooms

      • Grilled vegetables

      • Seasonal starch
