Outside the Clinic
The work I do in clinic is technical and structured, but the way I think is shaped just as much by what I do outside of it. These interests keep me creative, grounded, and consistent in how I show up for families and teams.
Tabletop games
I am the Dungeon Master for a long-running Dungeons & Dragons campaign. It sharpens planning, communication, and adaptability in ways that carry directly into pediatric care and team collaboration.
Fitness
I lift weights regularly. It is partly a continuation of a competitive athletic background and partly how I maintain physical and mental resilience.
Outdoors
I spend time exploring Utah with my dogs, Lilah and Akira. Time outside helps me reset and return to clinical work with better focus.
Making and technology
I like designing and building practical tools: 3D printing, CAD, and projects that connect rehab with technology, including Therapy Quests. This builder mindset is one of the strongest through-lines between my personal interests and my clinical approach.
